This was the worst experince ever in any restaurants and even in the BJ's. We were there for the happy hours. It took the waitress 15 min to come and asks for orders then my food never showed up. Even I noticed that people who came later than me got their food much earlier. I talked to the waitress twice and still nothing happened till the manager came. She also didn't do anything except asking for my order. Finally I got it after 1 hour and 10 min since I ordered a flat bread. That was it for me with BJ's. Won't give them any business after this. We have been enjoying our local BJ’s for many years. The beer club is a great way for our friends to get together and share drinks and food with each other. The promotion are decent. Sometimes hard to access when we purchase online for gift cards but luckily we have a great staff at our location and the managers are able to provide proper help. The only complaint I have with our location is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The stalls could use more cleaning to remove the grime behind the doors. It would be nice to have a foot opener on the main door so once we wash our hands, we don’t have to waste a paper towel to open the door. The service here was wonderful. I accidentally placed a to-go order with the store in LA instead of this one, and they prepared my order at this store. I didn't realize it until I came to pickup my order. I felt terrible, but they didn't say a word. (And I got there after the original store had texted me that they finished the order - I ordered a steak.) 5 stars to this store's management! And, of course, the food was perfect. I have to say that, I had the best service ever. Her name was Alex. She was taking care of the whole room by herself, she was taking care of refills and checking up on guest. She is a rockstar, a pro, and very delightful to talk to you. I’m in the restaurant business as well, and I had a tremendous time. Please give her kudos, and to the rest of the team. She is a keeper.
