First time here in College Station, but not at BJ’s. BJ’s is our favorite family dine in place back home. We were surprised with the horrible service we got. We waited 30 min to get a table . We also waited 30 min and no waiter or manager came to inform us that there will be a delay. We walk out without anyone even bother to apologize after my husband ask a front end person where our waiter is. I will never recommend this BJ’s. If you come to North Texas all three Bjs from Denton, to Southlake and Keller have great customer service. Can’t compare this one to them. We end up at Olive Garden with 2 min wait and wait came right away to greet us and take our orders right away. BJ’s you lost a loyal 8 customers. So if you want to be treated with with respect don’t go to this specific location Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
