It took us about 45 minutes to be seated, which for a Saturday night was about right. But then it took another 20minutes for drink and appetizer orders. We were promised silverware and small plates. Never got the plates and didn't even had napkins to use to eat our appetizers with. It took another 30 minutes to get our dinner order in. Never got refills on waters or anything. Got napkins and silverware right before our food. Didn't get our check for another 45 minutes. We were ready to pay but the waitress took off again. 30 minutes later we finally got to pay. The kids were falling asleep. The waitress was nice, but the service she provided was horrible. I am saddened because I like the food there but not going back to this one.

Hopefully this will help someone make a decision whether or not to eat at this location. Base on my experience that I had at the restaurant today now this restaurant its just a name. I don't think it has to get to the point of getting the managers attention to get good service or get your food on time. Waited a long time and when I finally got the pizza it was not hot at all, not only that we didn't get any refills till I ask for manager. The restaurant was not busy at all or at a time when they get alot of customers. Disappointed at what BJ’s corporate plan is. There has to be a better way with this inflation situation. Either you raise the prices and actually feed me or I don’t know what, guess I move on... You cannot raise prices some and cut out portions to this level. The pizza was all dough to maximize profit and the Mediterranean tacos which used to be amazing are a complete joke. My fork is actually laying on the taco for scale reference. I’m embarrassed for you BJ’s. You can’t make a profit selling me decent sized tacos for 16.00? There’s 4.00 of ingredients in there.
