Consider changing the waitress
Place has bad vibes. All thanks to the lady who serves and seems not interested at all to respond to clients questions.

This is the place to go for ice cream! They have all sorts of different and natural tasting fruit flavours (including star fruit, fig and rhubarb). In addition, you can get good coffee, chai, and cake.
The bistro is sort of classical for what you would expect in a small Kenyan town on the east coast, and its location is outside the main touristic area so you won't get bothered by the "beach boys" for a change and be able to observe the "town life".
Wi-Fi is good, and prices are excellent, much lower than in the touristic centers.
When you walk there, you might find it difficult to reach at first, as it's not directly at the road (which is a good thing!). The location pin on Google Maps is correct (as of April 2016),
