Today I went thru the drive thru and wasn’t sure of what to order. Karina was very nice and she helped me by recommending the #4 with the handmade tortillas. As of 10/30/23: Place was delicious! I only had 2 tacos because I was in a hurry and wanted to try it cause I have never been and it is fairly new. $2 Tacos, yes only $2! Did not disappoint, meat was very flavourful, juicy, tender, all around really good. Hard to find, especially with birria. Salsa was pretty spicy, and had flavor. Another hard to find. Portions with the meat, onions, cilantro and salsa were very generous. Staff was very nice and got the food out quickly. Strongly recommend. Recomiendo este lugar! Love the birria here! The flavor is amazing. The service is good, *Carina* took my order, and treated me great, the cook behind the grill greeted and acknowledged me, which is always nice! The atmosphere matches the food. It's my go-to place for not having to make it at home. For 5 dollars the quesabirria was pretty good. The flavor wasn't as strong as I'm used to so but it also wasn't as greasy a bit on the lighter side which for me was good. The sauces have a good kick help offset the lighter taste. A little odd to eat next to a strip club with the family or the fact they had a bug zapper inside 🤔 but besides those points good value 👍 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Every time I come to this place, we order quesadillas for my family and they’re always stingy with their salsa and onion and cilantro. They only give you two salsas and two little baggies of cilantro. If it’s one per quesadilla, it should be a bag each one and a salsa each one but they always do this. They need to fix this ASAP. The food is good, but the service is bad. 🙄 every time you ask for extra stuff they just stare at you. I couldn’t decide what to order, so she helped me with out with some suggestions and boy… she was knew what she was talking about! This birria was DELICIOUS. I was visiting from out of town and another Birria place we go to was closed, we stopped in at Birria Guadalajara right when they were closing and Lupe and Corina did not skip a beat, they were so nice and very accommodating( even though I know they were probably ready to go ☺️) The food was well seasoned and delicious! . Honestly the birria plate was really good. Great portion for $12. I'm just upset because it says on the menu that this plate comes with a side of consome. But I didn't get one. Some plates specifically say "no consome" but this one does say "consome". So I feel skimped. Nevertheless it's a peaceful restaurant and the food is good. Beware the spicy salsa. I love very spicy but damn that salsa is fire burning spicy. Don't just dump it in the bowl like i did. Maybe use as dip instead. It's so good though.
