Bird and the Bottle is a great option if you’re around Santa Rosa. We made a reservation and were seating on their patio- as we had dogs. The inside has a very cosy vibe but we were comfortable on the patio with heaters. The staff were very polite and helpful. We ordered a chai bird mock tail and a white wine for drinks. The chai bird was much better than I expected - just the right balance of flavors. From the small plates menu- we ordered a Mac and Cheese, Chicken Sliders and Salmon wings. All three were made with good ingredients and prepared to perfection- would recommend any of those three. The Mac and Cheese was a little too large for a small plate in my opinion 😅 From the large plates section we ordered the cod- it was quite fresh and tasty but the dip didn’t seem to offer much. Still a great dish! For dessert we ordered the buttermilk panna cotta- I was really glad I saved some space for dessert because it was amazing! The rice crisps were a good touch, whipped cream didn’t make much difference to me but it wasn’t overwhelming either.

Though I haven't explored much in Santa Rosa, this place certainly adds a burst of great flavors to the scene. The creative blends of food here are impressive, and I'm eager to try more of their innovative offerings. The duck taco, in particular, was perfection—my partner and I enjoyed it immensely. While some places might start feeling similar after trying a lot, this one stands out. It brings surprises both in taste and the way they craft their menu. Everything we tried was good, and it's evident that there's something special about the unique flavors and creative approach. If you find yourself in the area, definitely make time to give it a try!
