In brief, a disappointing experience. I went for lunch with friends on New years Day. Half the menu was not available. No pasta, no salads, no orange juice. They could only serve burgers.
The fries were sloppy. Like, really sloppy. I ordered a black burger, with honey, and the waiter made a show with pouring the honey on the burger. See videos. All The burger were average. Not to be compared with "real burger joints". I know the place was super famous at first, however i think they should put extra effort to maintain the good reputation. No kids area. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff were also friendly.

Finally tried BillyBoyz and I wish I didn't. From the start, seeing all the staff in a corner hanging out was a sign. You will see the chef using his gloves for anything... Opening doors, holding money... The table they gave us was dirty and messy.
When the food arrived, the salad and the burger was decent. Small portion of fries but it's ok. The wings were not good. They were dry and the coating mushy.
I am sad to be disappointed by this place. It has a nice branding and burgers.

Absolutely delighted with my dining experience at Billyboyz! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s not my first time eating at billyboyz. If i’m being honest, back in time it was tasty and unique. For now it’s just a below average restaurant, poor food quality and the worst ingredients combinations. Tried this new item and i can say it has nothing to do with steak & frites. The steak not seasoned and it’s only a decoration that does not keep the meat warm. As for my friends they had a chicken burger that has no taste or flavour at all.

Went to billy boyz on a Sunday for lunch. I loved the decoration and the mood of that place. Good music, good vibe. The waiters are well trained and professional. They have a big team so the waiters are available even though the restaurant was fully booked. I tasted 2 burgers and the mozzarella sticks. The burgers taste was very good, a small quantity of fries comes with the burger and The mozz sticks are average.

Heard a lot about it and the chef behind it.. Unfortunately, wasn't a pleasant experience. The flavors and combinations of the burgers should be renovated the least to say. Wings were okay.. Service is poor, too. It's sad..

New restaurant in Byblos. It has an open kitchen. We ordered two different burgers. Taste is mouthwatering, portions are good and prices are affordable!

We went for lunch. It was very hot inside the restaurant, unfortunately not an ideal temperature to enjoy this type of food. The burgers were descent. We found the narcos sando (sandwich) not that good and overwhelmed with sauce. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks which were amazing with their dipping sauce.
