I loved the food, it reminded me of hot dog places in Chicago. The fries were fantastic, just a little overcooked so they were super crunchy. I also had the meatball sub which I finished off the next day and it tasted even better. I ate at the restaurant so I'm not sure how well the food would travel if you ordered delivery or carry out. The atmosphere is fun! The employees are usually smiling. My 8 year old loves coming here, and the menu is very large. There are a lot of options. The price of most fast food is kinda obnoxious in most places. Good food, a large amount to choose from, and the employees seem happy. I love this place. I work nearby and go here at least 2-3 times per week and not because of location or lack of options. I could easily drive to Fox Lake for other options but I won't. I've tried a ton of the menu items and loved everything I've had so far. My two favorites are the gyro and the char broiled burger. My daughter and I and my 2 young granddaughters went into Billy’s on Tuesday evening December 19th for dinner, there was a girl working with pink hair who was the rudest person I have seen in a long time, when my daughter and I had questions about our order. That is no way to treat customers. Someone should have a talk with her about how she speaks to customers. I have been coming to Billy’s for many years and I’ve decided tonight I will be taking my business elsewhere. Since this is the kind of service they provide.
