The atmosphere is suitable for Instagram photos, although the host's demeanor could be more pleasant. The food lacked both flavor and quality, utilizing inexpensive ingredients despite the elevated pricing. Unfortunately, our dining experience was further compromised by the cold presentation of the dishes, indicating potential timing issues in the kitchen. Regrettably, I fell ill upon returning home. I’ve been to Bijou with my family for NYE and for lunch. I always enjoy the ambience, music and food. We had a few small hiccups during lunch but Paul the manager was sure to remedy everything. Went to Bijou for the Sunday brunch for my birthday, and it was incredible. The server was so friendly and patient. Fun place with a DJ good music and overall great vibes. I would go back to celebrate any event. I loved it. I had so much fun. Had a great time! Met with friends for dinner (great food) on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Sushi rolls were excellent and large. Steaks good not great. Atmosphere was a blast. Music was fun not to loud just the right volume. The MC bothered me. He did not belong but still a great night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Bijou for my daughter's birthday (Oct. 2023) brunch. We didn't expect live music. They had a DJ. and nice floor space to dance, which we did ! The restaurant and the bar are spacious. I must say that it is also a great spot to go to for after hour dinner and cocktails. You can even go by yourself and have a nice time. *Oh...., attire is casual but cute/nice. Wanted to take my wife to a nice place for her birthday, a place that offerd a memorable dinning experience. Let me start off by saying,making reservations online was simple. After making the reservation the restaurant called me to confirm; which I liked. On the reservation I checked the occasion box where the option was birthday: After I saw that they offered sparkler with dessert for said occasions. When they called me to confirm I double checked to make sure that they received my request;which they had. I also called 20 mins prior to showing up . The entrance to the place is beautiful the trees are wrapped with white lights and there's lights eveywhere,I suggest going in the evening. The entrance is also very Picturesque and well designed .The ambience nice. The restaurant is dimly lit and the music is contemporary and eclectic.The age group on a Wednesday night is bet 30 something and 50 something. Initially we were seated in the middle of the restaurant but after asking we where about to move to a booth by the window(nice view of the lights outside and each other. The food was mid. I had the lollipop chicken and my wife had the bao buns with pickled veggies and duck as appetizers, 8 out of 10. For the entre I had the beef birsket (very tender)with mash and asparagus. My wife had the shrimp suffered crab scampy(isn't scampy supposed to some with pasta?because it didn't) .Filling but Over all it lacked seasoning. The wait for dessert was about half an hour; even though place wasnt filled. Some how the waiter forgot to put it in out dessert order and only remembered after being reminded. When the desserts arrive there was no sparkler :-( The price of the meal was very reasonable no complaints, honestly. Out side the restaurant there is a lovely large water fountain with RGB LED lights I recommend taking pictures by it before leaving. My wife had a wonderful time and I thank this establishment the experience and for doing the best they could .
