I delayed in writing this review because I so wanted to frequent this coffee house. My kids even gifted me a card, not knowing I already had one.
Anyway, my husband & I went at separate times to try to redeem their advertised coupon for the Maple Waffle Sandwich ... good at that location only! Each time, we were told they didn't know why it was advertised because they didn't have any waffle sandwiches. 😕 Have you ever heard of bait and switch or false advertising? It is not a good practice. And, no, don't offer me another one of your "coupons". I prefer to treat myself elsewhere.

This wasn't the first time my order was messed up, but it will certainly be the last. For reference my order was a iced 24 Oz latte with an extra shot.
1. They forgot about my order.
2. They made my order so incorrectly that I got flavored iced milk.
3. The baristas were joking about how my order was wrong as I was leaving.
It was a terrible experience and I will never be going back.

Place was clean, service was a little slow, and I liked my asiago bagel and hot matcha tea latte. I would rather the clerk hold his comments about not liking that kind of bagel until I leave the store.
