Ever since they had a huge influx of new baristas within the last year, and a lot of the old ones left, this place has gone downhill a lot. They used to be so personable and made my drinks to perfection. As of lately, it takes sooooo long to get through the drive thru. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re training new people since there always seems to be new baristas every week or what. My drinks have been half blended and I have to chew through ice before I can drink it, my drinks have been either so watered down to where they don’t really taste like anything, or the drink is not even the correct one I ordered. Usually it’s the mocha caramel confused with the caramel marvel. When they offer to make them again when it’s wrong, I say please and I apologize, and then they have huge attitudes when they remake them. This location used to be so great, I’ve been an OG customer since they opened here, and I’m sad to leave a negative review. It’s really discouraging. I will say however, the few original baristas that have been there for a while are still top notch and their service is always exceptional.
