I have been there 4 times and 3 of those times they have gotten my order wrong. I have stressed that I need oat milk or my day is basically painful. I have told them in detail that this is a health issue and they still keep putting whole milk in my coffee. I gave it 3 stars because it's still very tasty, better than Starbucks but a mile, but I'm frustrated that this location has an attention to detail problem.
I have been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time I ordered Carmel hot cocoa and a ham sandwich and was pleased. They didnt give any receipt but other than that I will definitely return.

After frequenting this establishment since opening day 1, I can attest to the great quality of customer service as well as efficient presentation of the items you order.
I miss the Brown Sugar Bourbon brew coffee but continue to try new flavors as they are added to the local menu here. My go-to is a tasty Butter Bear 🐻 latte ☕ (either hot, cold, or frozen).
Opening this cozy little establishment in the northern Gem 💎 city area boasts appreciation for Biggby coffee and brings smiles to the local community!
