It was bad so you think of when you walk in to a hospital and see white and no dining area and stuff it was blah no Christmas decor only one Santa. And the pricing is out Rageous its expensive. And if you are gonna name a shop bigfoot donuts you think oh these are gonna be some big donuts no the donuts are probably as big as a 50 cent coin. It really wasn't that much of a welcoming place. The workers were snoty and I just asked how much a pretzel was 5.00 bucks just for a pretzel when at a gas station you can get a soft pretzel for 1.something. over all would not recommend the donuts kinda of tasted stale.

I wish I would have been able to try the donuts here. I stood at the order counter for 10 minutes. The lady behind the counter looked at me several times, walked past me and did not say a word. A simple "Be right with you" would have been sufficient. The man working behind the counter also did not even acknowledge me. There were only 3 other people in the store waiting for their order. After 10 minutes of being ignored, our family left without being able to order. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not go there again.
The owner was delightful! We got an order of freshly baked blueberry cream donuts, holy moly they were scrumptious!! Definitely plan to go again next time I'm in Minocqua. We ate them quickly, so unfortunately, there were no pictures of the delicious little treats. 😜😉
So happy to have a gourmet donut shop in our little town! The donuts are delicious and the perfect size. With so many flavors to try it would be nice to have a two flavor option per dozen. Will definitely be back!
Cute, give them a try. Don’t expect a lot of pastry. You get a dozen “mini” donuts for 7 bucks. The donuts themselves are basically good, the topping you choose makes them unique. You can’t mix toppings. When you order a dozen they are all the same. If you want another topping you have to buy another dozen. Honestly I was hoping for big pastries (Bigfoot…you know) but a box of minis is what you get. The store itself is one big room with lots of standing space, a couple of shelves of merch, nothing else. Just my opinion. Give them a try. Seems family owned/run, and just coming off the pandemic maybe they are just getting back on their feet. No pun intended. I do wish them well, and will check it out again when we come backwards o Minocqua. I hope they can ad big pastries at some point.
Fun new place for a snack! My husband and I stopped by and ordered the traditional cinnamon sugar flavor that nearly everyone who makes mini donuts sells and also tried the wedding cake flavor, which had vanilla creme and some sprinkles. Their flavored mini donuts all share the same base donut, which is then topped with tasty toppings. I hope to see them the next time I'm in the area! They also carry squatch merch which is pretty fun.
Despite the name "bigfoot" they only have mini donuts, which is fine by me. Better to share that way, especially with little kids.
Went there today with my daughter and tried their s’mores, cinnamon roll, and birthday cake donuts. FANTASTIC! We will be weekly customers! It is an awesome addition to downtown Minocqua! They are mini donuts and are so worth the stop!
Absolutely delicious donuts! We tried the wedding cake, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon sugar varieties. All were amazing and the price was very reasonable.
Opened a half hour late. Many people were waiting and most walked away. Workers were unfriendly. The donuts were just OK. Cinnamon sugar is definitely the best option. Won’t come back.
