A great experience at a tea-based restaurant. The food is delicious and the seating area has crazy beautiful views out over the mountains and valleys.
All of the food we had was flawless. I would eat it all again in a heartbeat. The "Tea Fried Rice" was particularly unique.
If you don't finish your whole bag of tea leaves, they'll vacuum seal it so you can take it home to finish at a later date.

Had a good lunch at this nice restaurant. Only downside is the walk from the cable car station. One should expect a 7 to 10 mins walk to get there. But, I felt it was well worthy.
Was slightly early arriving at about 11.45am. Place was empty but we were greeted by the lady boss. Our order was aptly served. Food was pretty good. Infused with oolong tea in all of the dishes which landed very well. Pricing was not cut throat. Chinese tea was provided free of charge.
Try this place if you happen to be there.

Love coming here for tea and lunch after a hike around maokong. Busy as usual especially on a hot sunny Sunday, am very glad we booked a table. If you managed to get a table view, luxurious!
We ordered the two person set menu plus an extra half of a poached chicken for three people.
Stand out dish is the fragrant fried rice with tea powder - superb if you like green tea.
The most delicious was the tea smoked chicken leg.
The tea stewed fried egg tofu was tender and full of flavor.
Our favourite is still the plain old poached organic chicken - so good!

Make a reservation for slightly before sunset, request outdoor seating, and get their curated set meals for an amazing dinner experience! The two of us very much enjoyed the spread of their 2-person set and loved all of the different incorporations of tea into savory Taiwanese cooking. Particularly enjoyed the rose spicy fried shrimp, the tea stewed egg tofu, and the green tea fried rice. You also get a complimentary honey jasmine tea popsicle at the end for the most refreshing end to the meal :)

Have been here a few times but it’s the first time back since the pandemic. Great to see it still running and new menus since we last came with lots of great choices. Speciality foods are braised or cooked with tea and have a great taste. The rice with tea was awesome and beef cooked with Pu’er tea also good. Intestines were tasty and the crispy fried tofu with tea also good. Parking can be a challenge so best to go in the week rather than the weekend, however it’s only a short walk from the gondola station, which provides easier options when busy. Their steamed buns are also great and worth a try. I’d recommend this restaurant. Open air style dining with views down to Taipei city and nearby tea farms.

Food was nice, view was great, and the owners were super friendly and nice - they suggested a two pax set meal for four of us as their portions are slightly bigger (even though they could have earned more if we had ordered the four pax set!)
Also was given a free oolong tea popsicle each to end off the meal!
Highly recommend!!

The view of Taipei is great.
The food prepared with tea leaves is interesting, special and tasty.
The timing of food serving need to be improved. The third dish was not served long after we finished the first and second.

Beautiful night view with yum food!
There are a lot of special dishes with a variety flavor of tea. Moreover, the restaurant was visiting by Discovery channel.
I strongly recommend chicken soup with tea and prawns with tea! Cod fish with tea and smoked chicken are also great.
The price is about 550 per person.
