Horrible experience! Got the GRIDIRON special (2) + 4 margaritas.... requested all flats & was not told that we would be charged $30 extra just for adding bone in . We expected the $4 extra (was charged that too for requesting all flats)* that's understandable. But in the future, please let your customers know that they are responsible for any up charges to their order . Especially if it's ridiculous ! $30 for an upcharge from boneless to bone in. That's insane! Our waitress was good and friendly. I think this is a great learning experience for her to inform customer of any upcharges.
I love to eat. I pay for what I eat & want. But no way I would have paid $30 extra when I could have paid for another Platter for cheaper. Manager SUCKS!! He took only $12 off after understanding that we were not informed of the extra fees. But he could have adjusted the bill more since we never were told of the extra $30 just to get bone in instead of boneless. I won't be back to this location. The cheap margaritas suck too . Plus they can't seem to keep dedicated workers. I see new faces each visit and they only have been here 2 days . Poor management. Poor training.

Chicken Wings
We found this place on accident and Big city wings didn’t disappoint!! The wings where a nice size and. The flavors were so good! The atmosphere was really nice and have multiple TVs with various options. Our waiter Jose was the best! He was so polite and customer service skills are Outstanding! We’ll be back for sure !
Michael Berry speaks of Big City Wings often. Traffic was unusually busy, thought I would stop for dinner and try out this location for myself.
The Wings were delicious, cooked perfectly and wet in buffalo Sauce as I had requested. Plenty of clear big screens, NBA game on tonight. The atmosphere is comfortable, warm and exciting.
I sat at the bar and was waited on by Tyler, excellent customer service, she was very professional, welcoming, attentive, cheerful.
Oh, and the Brownie Cake Bomb was pretty good too.

I've been wanting chicken and waffles with an adult beverage. Since Roscoe's Chicken N' Waffles is about 1500+ miles away, I started searching locally. Everyone offered chicken strips with waffles but I'm a tad older than 6, so I wanted grownup chicken. Was excited to find Big City Wings had all I wanted. When the strawberry/mango margarita I ordered arrived and it was clearly strawberry and mango syrup in a glass, I KNEW it wasn't going to go well. Even with the obviously squirted from a bottle flavoring, the drink managed to have no taste. I can't confirm there was even alcohol. But I still had hope. The wait staff was so pleasant. She saw me eyeing the drink as she set it down and kindly suggested "I know, but maybe if you stir it." I was thinking *_* but i dutifully stirred, and yet... She told me the various wing flavors and suggested I mix and match to try a few. The lemon pepper wings were pretty good. I had dry and wet. Sadly, the waffle was....not made with love! Maybe it was frozen? Maybe it was overcooked? Idk but it was really thick, but not in a good way. It was just thick for no reason. Bland. Tasteless. Disappointing. Seriously, the breakfast bar at Best Western where I've made my own waffles in the little thingy, is better.
I wanted so badly to love the food, but naw. The love is missing, just like it was in the kitchen/bar.

So glad we stopped here!! Food was delicious and hot. Cook just like they day. Crispy and Juicy!! Drinks...well all I need to say is be prepared be prepped to be happy. Seasoning, fries, and the egg rolls are so different and to die for. Will Def be back!!! Thank you Tim for all your service. You were super happy with all your promptness and great attitude. Great experience! We decided to catch the game out tonight and since we hadn't been to this location since it changed over, we decided to give it a try. It was perfect, as we could space out to watch the game. It wasn't crowded. Waiter was really nice and friendly. We got Onion rings, wing platter, boneless wings and I took advantage of the "$1 chicken tenders on Mondays" special. I tried a drink from the bar, The Blue Storm", very fruity and I enjoyed it. Lots of T.V's for game watchers. The atmosphere was nice and staff very friendly. Enjoyed the visit.

1st time to get wings at BCW's. We did pickup and asked for them to be cooked dry with mild Buffalo sauce on the side. They were cooked as we asked but flavor was bland. I expected them to have some dry rub with a little flavor on them. When we went to try Sauce it turned out to be butter. Ha! When he put the sauce in the bag, I thought it looked very light but didn't say anything. Wish I would have as Buffalo was flavor we were craving. The size of wings was great! And they were crispy & juicy. Think they are a bit pricey $31.39 (including tax) for 15 wings. We did request all flats and there was an up charge which they told me in advance and I said sure. Not sure how much that charge was. Even thought we did pickup the person who took order was courteous, helpful and the person that checked me out was good too. I asked for menu I could take with me and he took time to print one for me. I asked for extra Ranch which he obliged and no extra charge for that.
We'll give another try, maybe eat in next time.

The food and service were great. Tried some different flavors this time, and they were excellent. Had boneless wings and some sweet potato fries. And tried an ice cream smoothie, which was a nice ending to the meal.

I've eaten here a couple of times it's definitely a hit or miss with the food. Don't get it wrong the food is always great, it just depends on what time you get there and the cook. The waitresses are all good and friendly just depending on who's cooking and the time you get there the food will be good or better. (Preferably around lunch time)
