I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Bite in Tartous, Syria, and it was an absolute delight! The chicken shawarma stole the show with its perfect size and incredible taste. The generous portions left me satisfied, and the flavours were nothing short of amazing, making it a must-try for any shawarma enthusiast. A good place for either dining at pedestrian or just a quick bite on the go. Reception 4/5 at entrance you will notice crowds, which in general is a good indication, receptionist will guide you fast through their menu and even advise on best recipes to give a try. 3/5 Ambient atmosphere, inside the place which is by the way a big part of kitchen as well, you can see vapors/fumes coming out of pan grilling, oil frying etc.., not a strange experience to encounter, even one can let go their mind/imagination while waiting for their food. Cleanliness 4/5, crowdy place, multiple orders at same time, still these guys are keeping it considerably tidy and clean Service speed 4/5, I don’t think much can be enhanced due to large number of orders being prepared at same time in a relatively small space, yet they are managing good Food quality 4/5 one will not imagine getting a sophisticated plate with class A garnish or so, still their fast food is well presented and real tasty Food quantity 4/5 just enough for medium appetite person, still maybe affected by mouth watering smell, one may get fake impression food will not be enough, a feeling will be corrected with second bite. Menu variety of items, mainly grills and fries, Western dishes are there, either to-go or at place. Dessert they don’t serve dessert for now. Care 4/5 in case of any order mistake, they will do regarded efforts to straight things up to one’s satisfaction. Even they try to do in case one’s mistake not theirs. Amusement 3/5 on the go, one will be amused with the taste, on site, one may spend some time enjoying pedestrians passing by and cars speeding by or just shouting over wrong parking. Drinks, ranges from yogurt to canned juices or gas-filled drinks. w/c I think they have, for their staff, but not for customers In general, I recommend take the chance. One can enjoy taste and quantity or just fill their stomach with tasty food on the go. Good for small groups Good for kids used/allowed to eat fast food Not Good for couples seeking romantic dinner Good for groups ordering and getting on the go
