Food was fine, with large portions, enough to take leftovers home. Not too crowded, waitress only came back once to check on us. But we were fine.

I bought a newyork steak and eggs my steak was dry and tasted old I brought it back and they said no refund then gave me the refund and said I can’t eat there again wow all the money I’ve spent with them

I have been there several times, since I live in the area. The food is really good, and Today due to the weather I decided to order through apps (like Doordahs or Uber). So I wouldn’t have to go and pick up the meal. Everything was ok until I called the restaurant regarding some questions. Then, a lady answered the phone and one of her answers was “Sorry, this is not a Mexican place” . I even didn’t ask for tacos or something related to that. I just asked if they had pick up apps. I’m not even Mexican but the way that she said it for me was very disrespectful.

Steak
First off, my server Ashley was fantastic, not just with her serving me but the way she dealt with the table next to me with the four difficult woman was no less than impressive. Ashley was on her game with this group. They had her running back and forth between their table and the kitchen/ service station. She checked on me without being a bother. She dropped a to go container without me even asking then the bill shortly after that. Kudos to her for doing a fantastic job.
Food was good, I got the veggie skillet with over easy eggs that were perfect. The veggies were cooked just right, my potatoes were crispy like I asked.
Only negative I saw was on my way out 3 team members were more interested in having their nose in there phones than watching the floor.
I had other breakfast options to go to but decided on Big Apple from a recommendation by my girl. I'll return again and I'd recommend it.
