We went with some family with the intention of having a slow lunch and catching up, and spent a couple hours there. The waiter was so patient and never rushed us, brought us samples (we hadn't tried the black fettuccine and he included a fantastic lobster sauce for tasting). He was thorough and kind. The food! So delicious! I got the salmon and shrimp risotto, but we all traded bites and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Prices were reasonable. Definitely will go back! It's a cute, classy, but not overly fussy place, perfect for a girls day out or a date with your person. Why is it when you walk in, you are greeted by silence and blank faces?! Restaurant is empty, but yet it takes an awkward amount of time for them to figure out where to seat you in a nearly empty room while you stand there feeling unwelcome. Then you literally sit in the first booth closest to the host stand. Was that so hard?! Maybe just a bad day, moving on. Ordered food and waited forever to receive cold noodles, chicken missing on one order. Other order, no shrimp or crab in the meal and the sauce did not match the 2 previous times I ordered it. Did I get served the wrong dish? Before I got my dish, the manager tried to deliver it to the wrong table, but walked away and then didn't get delivered to our table until 5 minutes later by another person, so my food got walked and passed around the restaurant in confusion. Then I ate by myself while my husband's food got "fixed" - not any warmer, but at least the chicken was slapped on top. The meal was so off-putting, we just paid and left. The server asked us how it was, but never offered to refill drinks or warm up the meal when I told her the meal was cold, she said "Which one?" and I pointed to the chickenless Chicken Alfredo and her response was an awkward "yes". OK? Wanted to like this place, but won't be back. The unprofessional hostess stand is enough to keep us away. If the food was good or great, we'd forget it and go back. Not impressed. Dear manager, teach your hostesses to greet people as they walk in. Super simple. Smile. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Overpriced, mediocre food. Our service with Ashley was excellent. She was polite and provided the perfect level of attentiveness. The food was okay, but not great. We ordered two variations of the lobster linguine (I couldn't have the cream sauce, so mine was made with agli olio). The agli olio was rather flavorless, made with not enough garlic, not enough red pepper, and poor quality olive oil. The cream sauce was pretty good, but a little thin. It should also be noted that the lobster is supplemented with "krab" pieces, which can be seen in the pictures. The gentrification of America, ladies and gentlemen. Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 5

Delicious made to order food. We had the patio to ourselves. It's a great patio space with a view. We were warned by the staff that their might be mosquitoes but had no problems during our visit. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As someone that has to eat gluten free, this place was extremely inclusive. I had my own dish of the olive oil, fresh cracked pepper, Parmesan bread dip. As well as, my own starter of gluten free bread. There's a full menu of gluten free options that extend from salads to pasta dishes. I chose the Penne Chicken Alfredo. For my drink I had the Cherry Basil Limeade which was absolutely refreshing. Our waiter, Alexis, was absolutely amazing and interactive as well. I highly recommend dining at this establishment! The waiters are very friendly, the basil lemon drop was really good. I went for the salmon and shrimp 🍤 and I loved it. I usually stick to like go-to but I'm glad I tried a different one today. I had a good afternoon with my daughter here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mixed feelings with Biaggi’s. The atmosphere and service was spot on. Eating a late lunch on a Tuesday, pretty much had the bar area alone, which is very well appointed by the way. Joe was my server and was extremely polite and a non-stop smile that elevated my mood for sure. Tipped accordingly. That’s where all the good ends unfortunately as the food experience was lousy to be nice. The Minestrone soup was not edible for me, very sour and too oily. Anyway, joe deducted it from the bill which I appreciate. For the main course I had the chicken Marsala. I really think this meal was cooked and sat for a while and was reheated in the microwave because it was served piping hot. The chicken was overcooked enough to notice and the food was bland. Mashed potatoes were not good. The best part of the meal was the spinach which was also mediocre. I’ve included pictures where you can see the toughness of the chicken - being from the south side of Chicago, you can’t make your restaurant look like an authentic Italian restaurant with a name like Biaggi’s and not back it up with commensurate food quality. My past reviews show I like to give positive reviews, but this was such a disappointment given the great atmosphere and the prime location serving many local businesses including mine.
