We celebrated my niece's 40th birthday dinner at Biaggi's, and the staff was absolutely incredible! We had a group of 25 and I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their patience and kindness. They were extremely helpful, always ready to assist in any way possible. Thank you once again for making this day truly special!

Good food, awesome service. A little pricey but definitely the feel of a high end restaurant. Make a reservation on weekends, it fills up. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

the atmosphere is very nice and modern though the service seemed way too long. it took a solid 20 minutes for our food to get out. but other than that, the food was okay and the waiter was very nice. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We went for the first time before an Illini game. They were busy but not packed. Seemed to be family friendly. Our waitress was helpful and prompt. Food was all 10/10. I would go back without being on a timeline so we could eat more and get dessert. My alcoholic drink, large salad and entree were about $35. 8/20/2023 update Very friendly staff and quite proficient in getting large orders for 8 out. The basil cherry 🍒 drink became a new fav. 5 creme brûlée for the table 😂 it is more like a custard with sugar coat but quite tasty. The old favs never disappoint and everything is just right not salty which for dinner is so appreciated. Get the filet , butternut squash, eggplant parm, chicken milan and don’t skip the bruschetta pick 3, all Classico for us x 2. Do order couple salads 🥗 to eat as entree or share, it is generous and fresh. The tradition continues as we move in more Illini! 😂 ****** Always a solid meal here in Urbana Champaign. ~From the soft pillowy bread we started with til the Gelato and mini turtle sundae, our selections all tasted pretty good. ~Our fav was the classic bruschetta which we chose double for the appetizers. ~Ravioli x 2 with butternut squash tasting a bit more complex with the sweetness of the squash and the texture of walnuts. ~The spaghetti marinara was standard. The salmon was light and satisfying. ~The mini turtle sundae hit the spot with just the right size. The gelato 🍧 trio was yummy per our teens. *Overall a go to place when we are visiting. When OpenTables didn’t have an open spot at 4:45 I called the restaurant, the receptionist was very helpful letting us know to get to the restaurant and we were seated immediately upon our arrival at 5pm. Biaggi’s Italian restaurant is pleasing. It gives a feel of happiness when you enter the place if you had a previously good food here. Service is very nice and they give breads right when you go like chips given at most of these Mexican restaurants. I liked the ambiance, and it feels good when you are around many people, it’s a very large restaurant. Food 🥘 was very tasty depends on what you order. Mostly they have tomato 🍅 base for most food items although it tastes good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Seafood

We like the modern look. However, the stuffed cod was salty and unappetizing, The French onion soup was very watery, prepped messily and there was a big clump of cheese in it. The server was nice and the strawberry lemonade was good but I never got offered a refill. This place used to be a favorite. Avoid the ones we ordered and I hope they will do qualify tasting regularly to know if their menu is up to par. Hats off to Nando’s for being consistently good. The service was great. The hostess was sweet. Our waiter was super kind. The food, on the other hand, was not great. The chicken parmesan had a very burnt taste and did not look appealing at all. The lasagna was not, in fact, lasagna. It was like 20 mushy lasagna noodles stacked on one another with a tiny bit of sauce in between, then covered in cheese. It was flat out nasty. We also had fried ravioli, which were decent. Lump crab cakes, 5/10. The baked ziti was the best tasting, but it was still not great. There was a tall, slender lady in the dining room almost our entire meal acting as if she was setting tables. She did not look happy, to say the least. It was really uncomfortable. Way to expensive for the quality of "italian" food you get. It looked amazing. Looks are deceiving. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
The waitress didn't give us the napkins and the plates at the first place. During the dinner, other waiter who delivered the meal didn't help us to clean the table immediately. I think the restaurant which received a high compliment on google can do better in terms of the customer service. The food was OK. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Fettuccine Lobster is to die for🤤I love the chewy pasta along with a bite of lobster meat and mushrooms. I would also recommend ordering crab cakes for appetizer. It’s packed with flavor and each bite was filled with richness from the sauce. They have pretty good pizza as well. The pepperoni pizza was filled with pepperonis and their crust was thin, golden and crispy! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
