Irresponsible respond from staff and manager toward serious case. 03 March 2019 which just happened few minutes ago. We throw the TOWER of beer there for them.
We order 1 tower Blanc and have a sip to taste then only we realize there is a lot of Cocoroach dead body skin and parts.
Then we immediately respond to waitress then ask for refund since we don't think after change it can guarantee us the cleanity of the beer but we are rejected of course, so I am not argue anything with brainless again. Just whoever read this please check your beer before you take a sip on it.
Worst place I’ve ever been, the beer is watered down and they didnt even want to acknowledge it. The waitress (rosalind) kept on saying how its normal but come on. Everyone knows how a bad beer taste like.. dont go here.. go to galaxy bar instead
