This is a love or hate it place, and I LOVE it 95% of the time. The food is fabulous, at least the dishes I always get are. The portions are extremely generous. The soft noodle Lo Mein in any flavor & the Beef Sticks appetizer are so delicious that I never order anything else, and I probably order them every couple weeks, for years now. It’s best to call the order in and pick it up or have delivered somehow - enjoy your food at home. Yummy! The menu is basic; the atmosphere even more basic. On the other hand, everything is of decent quality. Prices are VERY good.The vegetables are fresh. Ordered for delivery. Been wanting to try this place for a bit and let me tell you the food was HORRIBLE. LoMein had no seasoning at all and was coated in grease, had to dig through the noodles to find any chicken. In fact everything I got was bland and greasy. Soups were again bland and greasy. How do you make soup greasy? Fried rice tasted like cardboard. And to top it off my partners stomach was upset about 5 minutes after eating. Crab Rangoon, not good pretty sure they use canned or imitation crab meat. I would not recommend this place to anyone, honestly don’t know how a place like this can even stay open putting out this garbage. Great food, when you get what you order... This used to be my favorite Chinese food for decades! Unfortunately, this last time let me down. Ordered in person on X-mas day upon opening. They never let me know it was ready, when we arrived, my food had been sitting on the counter for at least 20 min. Other people waiting were told after 30 min, they were canceled. Many were missing parts of orders. Including mine. I won't dig into this, just felt let down and will be looking into other options in the future. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Loved this place, recently visited for the first time. It looked like great food, and I tipped at the register and sat down to eat. Long story short they brought it to me packaged to go, even though I had planned on dining in. No biggie, the crab wontons and egg foo young was delicious and still warm when I got home. Thanks! I’ve never been to Best chopsticks but my partner went loads growing up. We wanted Chinese takeout and movie night feels. This hit. It was bomb. Huge portions and the app plate came with all the goods. Well priced too. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This is just a fun place for me to go. It's probably not for everybody because it's kind of hole-in-the-wall, but I really enjoy how it feels like you're stepping back in time when you pull up. The food is super standard American Chinese food. Good fried rice, almond chicken are my go tos. The family that operates the place is really nice. If you want Chinese in Bellingham this is where I would recommend. Otherwise if you're looking for something more authentic you're better off heading across the border Today is 03/07/20. I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about delivery and I just wanted to mention that I ordered the Almond Chicken lunch special through Post Mates and my food was still hot, my chicken still crunchy, and only delivered about 5 minutes late which I think was worth having my favorite Chinese food delivered in good shape.

After years of curiosity, I finally went to Best Chops, and it was so good! I'm cursing my past self for not venturing into this little place. The interior? Super fun. The tea? Super warm and comforting. The service? Super fast and attentive. The food? Super satisfying! I don't eat Chinese food often, but I had a hankerin and thoroughly enjoyed this. We liked the broccoli and beef and orange chicken better than the chow mein and spicy eggplant. Boyfriend liked the egg drop soup, I preferred the hot and sour. Overall it totally fulfilled my Chinese restaurant dreams.
