We order our food at 6 and were told it would be 25 minutes so we decided to go downstairs to have a beer at the bar while we waited. The waitress was very friendly and after the 25 minutes found us and said it will be another 5-10 minutes so we headed back upstairs. Another half hour goes by and she tells us that we were next. Another 15 minutes go by and we finally got our food. It was a to-go order. We get home and one of our dinners was missing a side. The food was just okay and our rolls were stale. I want say the service was good because the waitress was so nice but we kept getting wrong answers and incorrect timelines, she made us wait so long. We found out they were seating people and putting those orders first instead of doing things in a first come first serve basis. We heard the waitress ask the kitchen staff, “do i need to call people back and tell them we are out of fish?” because they were not serving people in a first come first serve basis, they lost count of what they had and what needed to go out still. Unfortunately because the food was just ok at best and items were missing and we were given an incorrect wait time (multiple times), we won’t be back and I don’t recommend. I hate to write a review like this but they need to realize where their faults are and start accommodating to-go orders same as sit down orders if there is only one kitchen.They need to treat those eating in and those eating out with the same courtesy and let them both know of wait times and/or if they’re able to accommodate them. It’s not okay to make those with to-go orders wait over an hour for food that was supposed to be done in 25 minutes.
