I have been wanting their PB&J for a week. Finaly got to go get one today. There was no line. Me and my friend both ordered one. We left with them and when we got to our car we tried them. No Peanut Butter flavor. So we went back in the shop and told the girl it disnt taste like peanut butter she said "ya, we ran out of peanut butter ". She made a Peanut Butter and Jelly shake and had no peanut butter, and didn't tell me she disnt have any and still made the shakes and gave them to us, with out saying anything to us. I was so disappointed! I had really wanted one. We ended up returning the sales because they tasted like powder and sweet syrup.

This place was great! The drinks were amazing and the service was great! There were two workers and they were both very nice. I got the chocolate-lot and it was really good. I recommend coming here

This place is awful. I spent $20 on 2 very small pathetic berry bowls that were in cups but were only filled halfway. The kid behind the counter kept asking me to repeat what toppings I wanted 3 times!! I only came to this place because Vitality Bowls went out of business. They had excellent bowls and smoothies, and compared to this place your dollar went a lot further. Won’t be going again.

Just went into this place to get a nice green drink decided between berry blends and two other places in the area, smoothie King and Whole Foods Market juice place all within five minute. waited in line only had one person making smoothies, and the cash register by the time it was my turn The young boy said they were out of half the ingredients for the drink I wanted or any other green drink on the menu! I said it would’ve been nice to know that instead of waiting here in line, you guys could’ve had a sign or something and he said, what do you want me to do. Put a sign up! So you don’t waste peoples time. You’re not the only place in the area. And have some empathy. He was sarcastic when he said sorry. I will never come back to this place again a time before this one, they didn’t use any gloves and it wasn’t the best blend too much lemon. So they have completely lost my business. Do not go to this location. There’s better options in the area. other Berry Blendz I haven’t had this issue with. I think they are independently owned and this one is just not doing very well. Went to smoothie King and I was in and out despite having other people there because they had help and they had all their ingredients.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but the service at this Berry Blends was the worst experience I’ve ever been involved in. Some reddish brown hair gal who claims to be the manager was the rudest and most unwelcoming person I’ve met. The online says they were open until 8:00pm. We walked in at 5:54 and saw her yelling and stomping her feet in the back area. She proceeded to come up towards us rolling her eyes and giving major attitude. I then asked if the attitude was towards us and she proceeded to scream at us that it’s 5 mins before closing and she’s had a very busy day. She clearly didn’t want to help us and lost out on over $50 for her store. If I was the owner of this store I would be mortified to say the least, knowing that this woman works at my store. Needless to say we didn’t order and when asking for her name she wouldn’t provide it. I’m still baffled this morning that this happened to us last night. I normally would never walk in that close to closing time if I knew. However, I’m a very generous and giving person and if she would have served us I would have thrown a large tip showing our appreciation. This gal needs to be terminated and required to earn her keep at a job.
We went in today to get 3 smoothies today. There were 2 workers behind the counter. It took close to 5 minutes to take our order. There was another worker on the customer side and the workers were making him wheatgrass shots and ginger shots. They made our 2 smoothies but forgot our 3rd. They were fooling around the whole time and not taking anything seriously. The 3rd employee that was originally on the customer size, went over and made himself a smoothie instead of making our smoothies. The workers were very clueless and had no sense of urgency. They were more worried about flirting and joking around with each other than making our smoothies.
I went in today for the first time and got a smoothie bowl! It was so awful! I couldn’t eat anything except bananas and granola! The raspberries come frozen and taste sour! Very unpleasant experience and especially for the price!
Was just in Berry Blendz at 5:22pm on Sunday evening. The young girl seemed bothered to have customers 40 minutes before closing. While ringing me up the girl wiped her runny nose with her hand and then proceeded grabbing the blender container and was about to grab fruit to make my order. I asked her to wash her hands, which she did. Then while she was making my order she was wiping her hands up and down her bare legs. I was so disgusted, but didn't say more. It obviously wouldn't have made a difference. After walking out at 5:30pm, she locked the door behind me, which was 30 minutes before closing. WOW.
