We love Bendi! It's right down the street from Children's (and my apartment, so we are here a lot). It's walkable for anyone that works there and could be great for lunch takeout. We have tried a lot off the menu and have really never been disappointed. (Will say their rice dishes in general seem to be the less impressive ones we have had.) Their rib appetizer is really tasty, but I would go with the egg rolls if you are picking one starter. They are some of the best I have ever had! We've had almost all their noodles dishes, all yummy. Their fried rice is one thing that I felt was just okay compared to their other dishes. The general s chicken is pretty good, I would recommend it if you don't love noodles. Otherwise you can't go wrong with Pad Thai, the drunken noodles, or really any of the others. Spice level I can't speak to very well because I almost always do no spice and ask for little spice on the side so I can control it. We've eaten inside a couple times and the service was good. Their drinks are okay, I would recommend trying a sake over cocktails honestly. Their takeout is good, they offer nice sized portions that usually last us at least two meals and it's hot when we get it. Overall highly recommend this place!
