Welcome place especially on hot and sultry days. Lot's of drink options to cool off, a fairly good variety of baked items. Hot coffee and coco also on the menu. Good seating space. The place is opposite the Jeath War Museum. Interestingly this Bellinees outlet was also selling bananas!

Worst Berlinee experience ever.
Unfriendly service, bought a tuna sandwich opened it up the filling covered only one third of the bread, cappuccino terrible, mainly scolding hot milky coffee. I asked them to make it again as this wasn’t a cappuccino, manageress snarled ‘that is a cappuccino’. I explained how a cappuccino should be made and another member of staff made it. (Much better) did I mention the large cockroach I had to ask them to remove from in front of my table?
Having visited other Belinee’s many times, I’m quite surprised how badly managed this one is. More than disappointing.

I ordered a cold cappuccino, when it arrived it was hot. I told the employees that I ordered cold and not hot. They treated me with disrespect and did not agree to replace it on the grounds that I asked for hot. At least the pastries are delicious.
Two times in this place, even if the pastries and coffee is good, the staff is not so nice!
First time, I ordered a matcha latte iced and I got a matcha twist instead.
Second time I ordered a coffee and a triple croque monsieur ham & mushrooms, already prepared in the counter and I had to ask if they could heat it a little bit. They look at each other in a way that let me feel I was enoying them to ask!
Disappointed ! I won't come back !
4 people behind the counter, no other customers and they call me to come and get my smothie which is all syrup, no real fruit. Go anywhere else. Awful 😖. You can get a great meal at a local restaurant for the price of a smothie here.
