This post is mostly about the Patton Farms Beef served at the Bellaire Bar. I rarely eat red meat, but this Patton Beef somehow tastes different- like the difference between a grocery store tomato and a tomato plucked from a garden. The cows run free - I know, the farm is just a little down the road from where I’m building my new house. If you find yourself in Bellaire, go to the Bellaire Bar and order a burger- don’t smother it in a bunch of sauces - beef this good stands on its own. We ordered the breakfast special and my eggs were cooked perfectly. The loaded hash browns were packed with meat. They were a bit busy but our server was very nice and everything came out correctly.
