*Buyer beware* This restaurant is fraudulent! I dined here in December 2023. They used an electronic point of sale (which I thought would minimize fraud). Unfortunately, they still took advantage of me by altering what I had initially entered, thus charging my credit card a larger tip than I had in fact authorized. Thankfully, I kept the receipt, proving that I had in fact authorized a lower tip (still reasonable though). I brought this to management’s attention a month ago. I provided them a copy of my receipt and screenshots of my bank statement. I requested that they investigate and resolve this. I've since followed up with multiple emails. Only this week did they reply to me stating that “it’s too hard to retrieve old financial records” and, therefore, will not do anything to correct their error! What a horrible way to treat customers…give them the silent treatment for a month, let them follow-up multiple times, only to reply a month later stating that you’re too lazy to do anything about it! If you're gonna enjoy a drink during brunch get the flight and share, they make fantastic cocktails. The chicken and waffles are amazing as are the shrimp and grits.
