Bought stuffed turkey over thanksgiving and I must say, it was the best one I ever had. It was very tender and delicious. Wish it was a bit spicy, but again that’s my preference!

I was visiting a friend from out of town, & after admitting she was too jetlagged to stand back up, I went on grubhub to find her some savoury, spicy food to perk her up. WOW! We ordered the Vegetarian Platter, & destroyed it in 30 minutes. The Chicken Shawarma? Done by morning along with the still Soft, Chewy Pita, & eaten instead of the complimentary hotel breakfast. The Kibbeh was an appetizer that went fantastically with the pickles & hummus. We also ordered Tabouleh, spinach & feta Fatayer. Beirut Cafe takes an extra 20 minutes from estimated time of delivery. It's also expensive as heck, & did not live up to the price. But for all that it lacked, it wasn't much! The Tabouleh was mostly parsley, missing some cucumber & burghul. The dolmas were canned and a little soggy, but flavorful. The Baba Ganouj was missing garlic, but still delicious. The Fatayer were crisp and juicy inside, & fresh! The Falafel were slightly flattened, perfectly fried rounds of beans, parsley, coriander, & onion. Our favorite items were the Hummus & Shawarma, both delicious together inside the Pita bread. The Shawarma was a tangy, smoky, comfort-food blend of spices, & marinated magnificently. I will be coming down here when I'm around Falls Church just to try their other dishes.
This is an incredible Mediterranean grocery store, butcher, and catering business. Their food is absolutely delicious. They are very reasonably priced and offer the most amazing Lebanese cuisine. Everything is always so fresh! They are very accommodating. Their lamb, beef, chicken, kabob, kufta, are all delicious. They have great salads, rice, and pastries as well. I always use Beirut Cafe for all my parties and my guests are always impressed. They also have quick turnaround and can customize orders as needed. Highly recommend them. I have been using them exclusively for the last 8 years!

We had a whole cow butchered by Beirut Butchery and they really went above and beyond with their service. They provided exactly the different types of cuts we requested and packaged everything very neatly/cleanly in individual styrofoam trays. The folks there take pride in their work. We requested many different kinds of steaks, ribs, roasts, kabobs, ground beef, and desi cuts and they exceeded our expectations and were knowledgable about the different cuts. Their prices were also very competitive.

Do not, absolutely DO NOT buy any meats from Beirut Butcher & Cafe. My husband bought prepared meat from them, after we consumed it, my husband, myself and my daughter got a very severe food poisoning. The only one who was spared is my son because he didn't eat from the meat. I was so sick, I kept passing out till I fell on my face and broke my teeth and my nose. The three of us were transported to the emergency room where we were diagnosed with severe food poisoning. After the whole day in the hospital we were sent home with a 15 day antibiotic treatment. We each missed 10 days of work. Needless to say, we immediately alerted the Health Department. It took them a week to go raid the place. The meat we consumed was way gone, but they found many health violations. One year later, thousand of dollars spent and many many dentist visits, I am still working to fix my front tooth. I do not wish this horrific ordeal to happen to anybody, so please, be carful before you trust them.
Had my wedding party catered by them. We got a whole lamb and some other items and it was so good. It was delivered on time all the way to Ashburn also. The manager is also the sweetiest person to deal with. Can't belive they have been there for years and never went before.
