I order from here often and pick up food on my way to work. I recently had an issue with my order and the assistant manager Mary Beth had my order made over and she personally delivered my order to me at the hospital where I work. Mary Beth you truly made my night and made me a customer for life. The team at this location is always nice and the food is delicious. I recommend the Steak bowl (add shrimp and chicken) it's the most flavorful dish I've ever had. Ordered beef tacos. They were swimming in a puddle of grease making them unable to be held without falling apart. If the waitress had asked , is there anything else, before bringing the check, I probably would have ordered desert. Seemed she was in a hurry to get back to just hanging around. Place was not busy. We stopped in for an early dinner and they weren't very busy. Our table was dirty and we had to ask someone to wipe it down. The burger was ok but could've done without the Texas Toast, and the fries were cold. We did ask for a fresh batch of fries and they were good. The Duo Fajitas were good. The waitress did her best to manage all her tables so it could have been a 3.5 Star Rating. This location has restored my faith in this franchise having good food. The wings were perfect and delicious. The onion rings were outstanding. I will definitely be coming back. This location should train the other locations on how to prepare food and provide service. I ordered 10 wings and fries for a 5:15 pm pickup. I arrived a 5:05 pm to pickup my order and I was handed a bag that was sitting behind the bar. Yep my wings and fries had been sitting more then 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick them up. When I got home a five minute drive from Beefs the fries were cold and the wings were warm at best. Food: 2 Service: 3
