Einfach genial. Simply perfect beef noodles with soup, Taiwanese classics of premium quality. Big bowl of noodles 120 NT$ (about 3€), keeps you good for the rest of the day.

麵是煮的有點爛了啊，連我喜歡吃麵煮久一點的人都覺得煮太爛了。一般牛筋煮久會比較軟糯，這裡的牛筋比較脆口，肉也是煮的很軟。湯頭是清燉的，雖然說是清燉，味道沒有紅燒那麼重，但是很油，整碗都是燉肉的牛油，奇怪的是喝湯的時候感覺不出來，吞入喉之後才發現每一口都滿嘴油。跟我一樣喜歡牛油味道的人應該會覺得算不錯，如果怕油的不適合吃，整體而言軟肉加爛麵比較適合老人家，湯頭跟口味普通，沒有到能夠大力推薦的程度。 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes 牛肉麵加小菜

在和美N幾十年了，今天才第一次去嚐鮮因為我（偏愛紅燒的），店門口時就會有人詢問您內用或外帶喔~店家的用餐環境乾凈~明亮寬暢一點點，接下來就是點餐後只有~快速~2字，ps不是大食量的人最好點小份的就好因為店家價格都有反應在餐點上，湯喝起來溫順有特別的清燉真實力，麵條是扁寬小麵條不錯因為不會因為高溫下變軟爛，重點來了（牛肉是塊狀的喜歡大口吃肉又有嚼勁，（小菜）推薦必點啦~好吃~份量足啦~便宜，再搭配店家的醬料會更好吃 ps 店家的辣醬很好吃喔，##騎機車去可停店門口外大概4~5臺的空間，開車的話就附近道路兩旁看看了
