Come here for nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches, pork and almond latte if you are hungry. It's a must while visiting Beans & Brews to drink good vanilla latte, moccachino or espresso. Good coffee, cool and friendly crews. We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

We went inside and their menu has no prices on it for any of the food or drinks at all. Even though it's an LCD menu which they could easily change, for some reason they don't want you to know how much anything costs. I guess if you have to know the price you can't afford it? Seems like a cheap trick and I found it totally annoying. EDIT: To the owner... Thanks for the response, but the truth is that talk is cheap. Customer service is an action you do, not something you simply say online trying to save face without actually making a meaningful difference. I tend to stop through their drive thru on days where I'm having a rough morning. I am always treated so kindly, my order is always perfect, and they're always so quick. This store is very busy due to its location! We stopped there this morning, & they had ONE EMPLOYEE doing everything herself. Simon was a rockstar! This review is for her, not Beans & Brew as an establishment (although I do like them). Simon was holding everything down, WITH A SMILE & GREAT ATTITUDE, despite being more than ‘under staffed.’ Doing a hell of a lot more than she gets paid to do, no doubt! On top of that, it was the best breakfast we have ever gotten at any location! It was perfectly cooked. & we go a lot! Someone better give Simon the credit & raise/promotion she so deserves- because employees like Simon are the ONLY reason establishments like this stay afloat. I have been to this location a couple of times and it's usually fine but today they got my order completely wrong. I asked for a tan iced mocha with oat milk and they gave me a mocha with dairy milk. When it was handed to me at the window I asked the cashier if my drink was correct and she said yes. I knew immediately that it wasn't because it was too dark to be a tan mocha. But I had to leave to head to work. Sure enough, when I got to work and took a sip of the drink, it was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and told them of their mistake. They said that I could come back and have them re-make it for me. I told them I can't do that because I'm heading to work and will be late if I go back to the restaurant. She said well you can come back after you get off work. What?! How does that make any sense? She wants me to just let this drink sit for 8 hours so I can go back to the restaurant at 6pm to get coffee? Huh?! I'm done dealing with this restaurant giving me incorrect orders and constantly increasing their prices for mediocre coffee. Needless to say, I won't be going back to beans and brews. I love Beans & Brews!! But this location… 🙄 I normally order a 32 ounce cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso. When I got to the window the cashier handed me the two 32 ounces, then two small cups of the espresso. I have been getting this order with my sister for over a year now From different locations and never has it been given separately. I asked a simple question “just to make sure my order is correct right??? I ordered two 32 ounce cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso right??? The lady taking orders not handing out orders at the window Rudely said “Yes it is always done that way!!” I explained I was only checking due to never getting it like that. She began to tell me it’s for training purposes…. Okay that’s fine, Again I was only asking because in the year I have been ordering the same thing it has never came like that. She then said she would contact corporate and notify them of my complaint and slammed the window. No one was complaining…. Until NOW…. THIS LOCATION had the rudest customer service, it’s normally really friendly but today a different story!! In other words don’t order two 32 ounces cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso they will charge you almost 8 dollars, be rude if you ask a simple question, throw the whole contact corporate saying, and slam the window on you lol Happy Sunday Coffee Peeps ✌️

One of my two go-to locations, just around the corner from work. Always good service, super quick to apologize whenever they are even a few seconds slow. But this last week I pointed out a typo on their tip jar and the barista looked at me like I was crazy and simply humored me. Sorry, not sorry. It's Paddy not Patty for St Patrick's Day. Patty is for Patricia. Went back a few days later and it hadn't been changed...no tip for you today. Fix the sign. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere was very lively and they had some good music playing but not too loud so you could conversate without shouting. The staff was very friendly. I love Beans & Brews but, I hate that this is the location closest to me. It's very near home, so it's convenient. But the employees are not always friendly or professional, you always end up ordering twice because once you get to the window you have to order again...for some reason 🤷‍♀️ And many, many times the order is not correct. Example: just today, stopped for coffee, bought more than one. Asked specifically for espresso in one of the drinks. They put the espresso in the wrong drink and now the person who ordered that drink, can't drink it because it's too strong for them. So, I am stuck with two drinks. Also, many times if I ask for whipped cream or no whipped cream, they will inevitably do the opposite. And you wait in line for way too long, even if you're the only car there. I don't understand why this location struggles to keep a balanced flow of accuracy, quality and time efficiency. Perhaps they lack experienced management? Because if management was present, these things wouldn't go on for years and years, as they have. This needs to be evaluated please. Thank you

Love love love the coffee, but they take forever! I figured this time I would put in an online order and it was still 15 minutes past the promised time. They didn’t even know I put in an online order until I told them and I had several drinks. If you’re looking for a coffee place that is more reliable with online orders, just do Starbucks and save yourself the time.
