Ordered an espresso macchiato. Was told they don’t have that. So I ordered 2 shots with a some steamed milk (an espresso macchiato). Girl handed me a cup of 2% milk and with a smile on her face said, have a good day. Just like Starbucks this coffee house chain is no longer an option for me.

I’ve been going there for a little bit trying to get the new eggnog coffee, I’m not sure what the main guys name was, he was very respectful but resentful. I ask him for extra eggnog and specify to put a lot of extra because their coffee is bitter and burnt. And I get my coffee and it doesn’t taste like there’s ANY EGGNOG in it at ALL and we pull back around and let him know. He says he will remake it. Another worker there, Gage was his name, remakes the coffee, we apologize for the inconvenience and we thank him, and he doesn’t say a word and SLAMS THE WINDOW IN OUR FACE. I am actually quite appalled. Cause we were very respectful and patient. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Just disappointed.

I’ve been here a good handful of times and haven’t been disappointed once. The staff has always been kind, the food/drink is generally put together fairly quickly, and I enjoy the nice quiet atmosphere.
Plus, having a bar with charging stations makes it a great place to get caught up on office work, have the business meeting, or conference call. Wish more coffee shops had this!

I've tried this place multiple times because it's literally minutes away from my home. But the coffee and long drive thru service is so bad. I don't know how you mess up an iced mocha but the drink I was given tasted terrible. It was slightly warm, watered down with like 3 ice cubes. I also bought a muffin and I was given a Costco muffin wrapped up in plastic which cost like $6 in addition to my $5 coffee. Won't be going back, it's a shame this location is so terrible because I'd be here all the time if it was better!
