I am from Reno but in Ely for the weekend. I stopped in here around 7 am for a giant Americano and blueberry muffin. The service was friendly, the Americano and muffin were great. It was clean & cute inside. I'll be back tomorrow.

Probably the worst B&B I've been to, including ones in smaller towns. Service is so slow and poor, I have left without ordering three times. Each time there was either no one in front of me or one person and i waited 15 minutes before leaving. The coffee is hit or miss. I've been able to order ONE breakfast burrito in the last four attempts, the last excuse being they were still frozen -- at 9am. And what exactly is the problem with them being frozen? They are cooked in an oven or microwave. That store is a sh!t sh0w. Why do I keep going? Because they are fairly new and I assume they'll improve eventually. Plus, it's close to my house and I actually really like the breakfast burritos. But I've given up.

We went here during a super busy weekend but some of the employees were quite rude about there being a crowd (there were maybe 10 people in line). Wait times seemed reasonable but they insisted on closing the store to restock rather than just serving what was available. My coffee was ok, I asked for a flavored latte but could not taste the flavor, might have been how I ordered since flavor is pay per pump and I did not specify a number.
