Helped customers in front of me, nobody else waiting and I was completely ignored for 5 mins standing at the counter.
First part of customer service is to greet customers or at least say hey I will be with you in a min. The customers you are speaking of were already and being rung up by the blonde girl, the other one was talking to the customer…. That’s fine but when they turned around to leave you removed your gloves, looked me in the eye(still didn’t speak) turned around as if you were looking for something else to do.
It’s not a great idea to try and discredit a customer especially when you are a new business!
Of course you have a video of me standing there for 3 mins…. Not being greeted or acknowledged at all, I’m sure it shows what the short dark haired lady was doing to.
Funny you also know exactly what customer I was 🤔…. You know what happened.
And my narrative was to get some ice cream, don’t know how this could be spun any different.
