Jimmy - Very helpful epic gentleman. Assisted me getting the right wire and attachments as my Swedish isn't that good then gave us useful future information for becoming members etc.

Tried returning broken water taps. The Umeå service manager told me I could not claim them in Umeå because they were bought in another warehouse. He told me to contact Customer service.
Customer service told me today this service manager acted on his own, setting aside praxis. It shall be possible for a customer to make claims in any warehouse regardless of where it is purchased.
