I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. The shake I get, is an Oreo Shake, with hot fudge on the bottom of the cup, and oreo crumbles in the shake. It's smooth, a little chewy from the oreo crumbles being blended in with the shake, and the hot fudge on the bottom of the drink adds a different temperature and flavor that meshes well with the oreo shake. Service with a smile. I called the store having a bad day with a sleeping baby in the car begging for some ice cream. This man happily takes my order and brings it out to me with a smile. It might have been a small gesture to some but it made my day. Thank you so so much. Coming again soon.

This BR has been our neighborhood ice cream shop for years. The service is always prompt and nice. It's great to see the owner in the shop regularly, often serving! He makes a mean Pralines and Cream shake.

I didn’t think their ice cream was all that from what I remembered of them long ago, but I was so wrong! They have so many unique flavors and they are all delicious! I’m a new fan of baskin robins and haven’t been disappointed since I’ve been coming.

Coffee ice cream with Heath bar is yummy, although the ice cream needs a bit more coffee flavor.

Today at 2:30 all doors were locked. No sign on the door saying closed or step away nothing. I shouldn't have had to go to giant for ice cream.

A real Baskin Robbins! That is the first thing that is so wonderful about this location and the second was the very personable young lady who waited on me today. This Baskin-Robbins is far out of my way but is now my go to because so many others have shut down or turned into joint ventures with Dunkin' Donuts. I was really pleased that this location is still there is still very clean and is still staffed by very customer oriented people.
