I called in a special order for a birthday cake for a birthday girl that needs to eat gluten free, which meant just two layers of ice cream - no crunch and no cake - plus frosting and decoration. The person responsible for cake-decorating in the area called me and communicated the order to person making the cakes at this location. It was ready when I arrived and everything was perfect. Horrible. It's been 4 months. They were out of stock on almost all flavors for over a month. Then they got going again and ran out of stock again. You won't find any flavors Went back today and decided to go in to see what flavors they have... Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging there's someone waiting. Absolute worse at everything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Does not deserve even 1 star. Used to love this business, but it is very dirty. Cabinet door under napkins was standing open on my last visit. Ice cream had run down the entire length inside the door and had long since dried. The tables were not wiped clean. I waited almost 5 minutes at the ice cream counter to be waited on. Finally, I had to ask for assistance. 1/3 of the ice cream buckets were 98% empty. The girl told me no one ever worked in that section. They liked the coffee donut area. There were two cake cones and no other cones in the store. Evidently, the manager has not properly trained the workers in customer service, nor is keeping the business clean. I would not encourage anyone to purchase from them until some major changes take place. The health department needs to pay a visit too.

I arrived a little after 6:00pm. Doors were locked. Workers inside but doors locked up. Hours on the door said open until 900 pm. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We attempted to get a cake and pies from Walmart on various occasions. For whatever reason, we never got those even though they were weeks before today. We have a disabled vet in the family who was so desperate to get dessert to celebrate. After finding BR is open, we braved the cold in hopes they would have cakes left. I specifically searched Instacart and filtered the google search for businesses that are open today. And BR still came up as open and acted like it would let me do a doordash order; which usually implies the store is open. I would presume that places wouldn’t be open on Christmas day. But since it was allowing me to order, I cant assume that everybody is closed today. Not everyone celebrates Christmas or especially now wants to be home. To make it worse there were cars in the parking lot, and several other customers who came through the drive thru thinking it was open. You just need to tell customers if you’re open or not and be clear about that. It’s not that complicated to do.

The employees literally stood there talking to each other instead of serving us. We stood there for over 5 min while they ignored us. The ice cream had no labels.
