Banana Split Sundae I ordered my first banana split ever and it was honestly really well made. Expectations were met. Shout out to the lady who made it cause she did an amazing job!

Store closes at 11pm, went in at 9:45pm and asked for ice cream which was clearly available in the display. The server was looking down the entire time and mumbled to herself that ice cream is over when asked if we can get ice cream, clearly it was right there in the display. They just wanted to clean 1.5 hours earlier and go home. We just left without getting anything. Cashier/server needs customer service training or needs to be replaced. Clearly they don’t give flying $hit about customer service. Horrible attitude.

I didn't like the service at all. The girls who work there talk about me and my friends and laugh looking at us. This is not the first time, it has been five to ten times. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Spent 16.98 for a pint of winter white ice cream and there send another flavor melted and a quarter Of it is gone . They better refund my account immediately. They lost business.

Says Baskin open until 11:00pm and only the drive thru and just for coffee from Dunkin’. I think the employee clean everything early and don’t want to work anymore. 😡 Change the hours so people don’t waste time and gas coming here!!

They can make everything else but not a banana split. They never have bananas. I have visited this place this times, and also ordered from Uber Eats & its always the same. 🧐

Pleased and order through doorash today. Five items ; the baskin Robbin’s did not have Sunday available so they went ahead and changed the order for single scoops ; not one order had at least the ice cream flavor we picked, on top of it I called the baskin Robbins and the people at the store could not understand English or Spanish. It is shameful.

Good one.. nice taste.. but he gave us 3 scoops in one small cup which is very messy..😖 but tastes nice.. clean ambience.. parking available.. easy for ToGo..
