About

Gilbert House Children's Museum is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this cafe after long walks. Trying nicely cooked sundaes is a pleasant experience here. Google users assigned the rating of 4.4 to Baskin-Robbins.

I usually order birthday cakes from the location on Market Street, but recently moved so this was the closest location so I tried it. The ice cream cake was made upside down. The ice cream was the base and the dry cake was the upper portion. Trying to cut and serve the cake was a mess as the ice cream was sticking to the base. Will not be ordering from this location again and will be going back to Market Street, even if it is a longer drive.

Absolutely the slowest baskins. they’ve got a manager on duty who’s a straight ahole. Do not come here if you expect any type of customer service. You’ll be waiting 25 minutes for your 1 scoop of ice cream, while dealing with the extremely rude manager who obviously needs a new profession

My favorite place to get ice cream in the area. There are 2 locations in Salem owned by the same guy. He is customer friendly as are the employees. Great selection... great taste.

This particular store is always sparklingly clean. The help is always super friendly. They have excellent hot fudge. I only wish they had the dark chocolate ice cream.

Amazing ice cream. Of course it does cost a little more, but of course you are going to pay what you get for it. For those of you who care the ice cream is kosher. At least that is what the little sign reads. So if you enjoy great-tasting ice cream come on down.

Oh my god!!! I had a warm brownie sundae and my date had the banana split.......amazing!!!! The strawberry sauce in the banana split had slices if strawberry. My sundae was so good, not to sweet, it was perfect!!!!
