I don't know if her real name is Paris but that's the name she gave me of the girl who helped me, was very dissatisfied with my interaction with her. Additionally the scoop of ice cream that I received was the smallest scoop I've ever got and I've come to many Baskin-Robbins. I would recommend going to another Baskin-Robbins for the people are more polite and give you What you pay for

The Service: The staff is friendly and helpful. Not only greeted me when I walked into the store but also offer to assist. The Polar Pizza: Saw this in the store, never tried before. Pizza ice-cream seems interesting. HOWEVER.... After one bite, won't buy it again. $19.99, pizza crust is super super sweet brownie. The pizza sauce or topping are the ice cream... super super thin layer. I think I will stick to their ice cream cake, more ice cream. The Parking: Plaza parking lot

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. If you like rude service then this is the place to go to. I was told that I could get a refund if I went back to the store, and when I did, they said I had to wait until the next day for the manager to arrive. Response to owner: And I understood that was a mistake on my part, I should have made sure on the date. However, the way you responded to me and my daughter was completely rude, and on top of that, you tried to sell her a cake that was less than what she paid for.

Service was absolutely great at this Baskin Robins! The bserver was super nice & was so patient with the kids choosing their flavors. I absolutely recommend this baskin robins to everyone:)

I think these guys use rotten ingredients. I had a shake here and it tasted completely spoiled. Without a question, the milk or ice cream had gone bad. I kindly asked them to make me a new one and they refused. Terrible ice cream and service Update: this milkshake made me sick. They definitely are using spoiled ingredients.

It's been like 1 year I haven't had Ice Cream went to Baskin-Robbins today had a 2 Scoop Cone, Strawberry and Pecan ice cream WOW, I just have One Word...DELICIOUS and the service GREAT!!! Migdalia Yun 🍨🍧🍦👍👍❤

Excellent service and selections BUT.. omg the employees I feel sorry for them .. it's so freaking hot in there the employees was turning red n sweating like they worked in the Sahara desert. Y'all keep the ice cream cold but the employees sweating? That's messed up! Y'all need tofix that.

Took my youngest to have a scoop of oce cream a , found out Every 31st of the month they do 1.89 kids scoop ! Was awesome.

Baskin-Robbins is a great place to take the kids in the whole family will enjoy it because they have such a large selection of ice cream staff is always friendly every time we go in its pleasant clean could not ask for a better place to stop by on hot day with kids go enjoy yourself get a split or double double decker ice cream Norwalk Raider
