The staff here are incredible and I am so sorry I didn't have enough to tip yall properly 😭 They were so patient as I asked them to change the ice cream flavor for a cake due the next day (tomorrow)! Shout out to the gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name and the young lady with ponytails!

Horrible service. I could see the employees discussing me and my kids right in front of us. The rudest thing I have ever had to deal with. It’s like the two young ladies backed up the young man being totally unprofessional. They black girl told the other girl he was wrong as he was denying my vanilla ice cream. They laughed together and looked at me like I was butting in their conversation......forget you ARE AT THE REGISTER. The vanilla was on the counter behind him.....he looked at it and laughed so I said forget it and paid for what was in our hands. Then he acted like I got more kid scoops then kids I brought in the store. Question is kid scoops the same price as regular scoops?

My first hot fudge sundae was small. Now they make me an ample size sundae...I'm happy with them now. If a clerk makes small scoops ...it matters and seems like a waste of money because ice-cream is now very expensive! Thank you for being fair - Baskin-Robbins!

You know what? I’m sitting alone in my car eating a sundae that is totally delicious and was made with such care and precision by an employee of this particular BR named Gustavo that I just had to get on here and give him and the place in general, a shout out. It was busy since a local martial arts studio had just let out and considering it’s a cold December evening, the staff was calm and so polite. Bravo, guys. Ciao, Gustavo!

I live in San Leandro since 2009. Till now and I have never been into that Baskin-Robbins. As soon as I walked in they made me feel very welcome. They have some music on. And why the music was on I got to pick me a favorite ice cream choice. And my grandchildren love it as well.

Thumps up. Go in the opening time bcz it's less crowded. If it's less crowded, you're gonna get good customer service. Actually, it always depends upon servers. Today, I got good service from servers. Usually, busy in the afternoon. My favorite ice cream is chocolate, fruit flavors, nuts, and coffee.
