Staff was okay but the amount of ice-cream i got was ridiculous. I paid for double scoop and I got single scoop worth. This is 7 dollars…. Usually the staff will try to give you a decent scoop to make it look plentiful. Feels like 2 small scoops to me.

They have a nice selection of cakes at the location and the employees can write on some of them. Good size freezer of Togo quarts and little cones. I highly recommend it.

I used to come here all the time with my niece and it was wonderful. I would always purchase our ice cream cakes for our family events from here too. I moved away for a few years and recently moved back and came back here to get an ice cream cake for my niece's birthday. The vibe and service has completely changed. They hired kids who you can tell hate being there because they were unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. I came in on Saturday, October 1 at 3:30pm. They was a line of customers and one of the employees was just standing behind the counter ignoring customers. I waited in line, picked an ice cream cake and took it to the counter to pay. I asked if they could write "happy birthday" on the cake and she said no. I then asked if I could pay for the cake and someone else would come to pick it up in a hour (because it was a gift for her). She said no. Well, I won't be coming back here anymore. We went to Cold Stone and they were so helpful and wonderful! Got am ice cream cake ordered and will continue going to Cold Stone instead.

A great business to visit if you want to treat yourself. After trying several other ice cream stores in the area I've figured I'll stick with Baskin Robins ice cream. I've been buying ice cream there for 40 yrs and I see no reason to go elseware. The prices are fair and the choices are many. I can order and be served quickly. The employees are great and I challange anyone to try and scoop ice cream all day like these employees do and still treat their customers with a smile.

Huge thank you to Hannah!! She always gives me ideas on what I should try next! I have been here multiple times for the past couple months since moving to eastvale and she’s always so helpful and patient with my kids, I get sad when she isn’t there. Definitely don’t see her as often is I used to but I drove past the store today and it made me think of her. Also the location is pretty clean and maintained compared to other baskin robbins I have been to!

I went to Baskin Robbins last night to order ice cream for my family and the staff was very professional. Even though I had a big order they were very patient with me because I had to read a long text for the order to make sure everything was correct. They made my experience frustration free. They even made the time to label everything.

I loved their customer service! The ice cream is good too. The servings are great and it’s close to home. This is definitely our go to spot when we crave ice cream and too lazy to drive too far.
