bad service for the the female attendance on 14Feb24. selling ice cream to kids shall be one of the main purpose of the business, however, they not attend the 3 girls even they standing in front of counter for more than 10min. They let another lady at the back to cut the queue and served her. The seats is occupied by the shoppers and we need to stand to finish our purchased. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i was waiting in line for a staff who was able to take my order. i was kind enough to let one lady see the ice cream selection but then she proceeds to order when the staff came to ask. another down side of this place is that there are people who didn’t buy ice cream sitting on tables eating other food instead!! another lady just randomly sat (without buying anything of course)and was putting up her leg on the chair will swiping her phone !! I saw there was a small sticker on the tables that says for BR customers only but seems like it is not an effective measure
Who could ever resist all the 32 flavor of Baskin Robbins? So, after our Iftar at Padi House, my wife insisted on going there...fortunately, there was only a small crowd there, and we got the opportunity to savour our favorite flavors..😋😋😋
I was really frustrated. Today’s public holiday, queuing up just to get jamoga and mint choco for each one scoop but no one wan to serve me tho but serve a guy behind me ??? After that finally someone served me but all those ice cream I wan out of stock. Having a bad experience in this Mitsui outlet store
Unfriendly employees who are badly in need of lessons in customer service. They do not greet you when you visit their booth and they were not obliging when customers would like to try a new flavor (3 of them were too busy talking with a lady who I presume is their superior. Upon payment (using e-wallet) the employee did not even bother to say thank you and all I got was a mere "ok" from her to confirm that the payment had gone through nor did she offer a receipt.
Dec 22 2017. 2008pm. The service is very very poor. There is 2 staff 1 lady and 1 man. The lady with very uptight face taking order for me and family.I been visiting many outlets but this is the only nightmare i went through. No product knowledge for me. She expect customer to know what type of ice-cream she selling. Not only me, when i looked customer after me also having the same situations. She not friendly at all. When customer ask regarding flavor of the ice-cream she will make a sour face plus shaking her head and make customer like a fool waiting for the answer. #baskinrobbin #rude #unfriendlystaff
They will serve you last if youre wearing tshirt and tracks. Foreigners will be served first than after that good looking locals. No queue required as theyll serve you base on their preference. Not gonna come again
Visited BR outlet at Mitsui premium outlet. Upon payment, I noticed a strand of hair icing the top of the ice cream. I told the cashier, a girl, who with no remorse removed it and gave it back to me. The same contaminated ice cream.. I looked at her and said "seriously" and she quickly took it away with no sign of apology, went to her manager and told her, the manager looked at me and checked the cream ( the hair was already removed by then) again no apology just said " bagi je" sarcastically. It was really upsetting that they had the audacity to be unapologetic and sarcastic for something they did wrong.... Very very disappointing.
Shouldn’t give any star here, bad customer experience, and hopefully the branch will train the staff much more sense. No senses at all ..
