BEWARE, do not order any cakes from here online. They are unprofessional and will not have your cake done on time and won't honor what you ordered or provide any refund for their mistakes. Their philosophy is, once you pick up your cake, there's no refunds. Even though we didn't know it was incorrect until we cut into the cake...Also, they stated if you order online, you have to dispute anything online. Reached out to Customer Service and they stated it had to be resolved by the store. Do not put your trust into this location. Better yet Customer Service was no help either, so do you really want to do business with any of these locations....think twice before placing an order! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a sandwich I wanted (not complicated) there seemed to he a language barrier. As they entered my order I clearly explained what I wanted as the screen didn't match what I said. Explained 3 times pulled up and paid and pull off. And of course I got the completely wrong sandwich my finances was right but mine wasn't Even the same type of sandwich I wanted. ordered ice cream to be delivered. somehow added carmel to my oreo and not on the other item that it was suposed to be on. Had a two scoop sundae with vanilla ice cream hot fudge whipped cream. $6.40 Not only overpriced but the ice cream was full of ice chips. First and last visit!

I think the store is under new management now. The people behind the counter are super kind and respectful (unlike the previous employees who were rude and messed up my orders more than once).
