Fabulous everything. This last time, the ice cream was a bit soft so melted a bit fast but was still good :) The new "Movie Nite" is AMAZING! Definitely will always be our favorite ice cream #BR

I was not impressed with my recent experience here. Upon entering the staff was standing outside the door smoking out front. It was not pleasant walking through a cloud of smoke to get in the door nor when leaving. One of the young male staff was filthy. He had dirty fingernails, open toed shoes with dirty toes exposed, dirty clothes and he smelled of BO.
The older woman behind the cashier counter was extremely kind, helpful, immaculately dressed and smelled of sunshine, like her smile.
If all employees followed her lead by presenting themselves in the appropriate fashion then maybe I would not be reluctant to eat there. Just thinking about the filthiness of the staff outside that comes in to cook the food, is enough for me to drive on by.

The Establishment is clean there's a variety of merchandise and the place was clean in general. The problem I had was with the guy who took our order for ice cream seemed almost mad we were there ordering. We got three small kids ice creams in a cup a medium smoothie and a small shake and he seemed visually upset slamming stuff down like we are wasting his time or whatever. I'm sorry I've worked in food if you don't like your job get a new one and don't take it out and paying customers. On the bright side everything was delicious.

I was very disappointed on my recent trip here. To start, when I approached the counter, I wasn't getting acknowledged so I began to look at prepacked ice cream, then a man approached the counter and was served quickly. No biggie. Well, when I finally ordered my milkshake, I had a coupon for $1 off of a frozen beverage at ANY LOCATION that they flatly told me they won't accept because "we are a small location". My milkshake still got made and tasted ok but the customer service was horrible and I don't plan on returning. I highly recommend just driving to the Manhattan location as they have much better customer service.

We’d been traveling for 5 hrs and my son had to go to the bathroom (urgently). Thought it would be nice to get ice cream on our stop. Website says it closes at 10:00. We were there at 9:45 and the whole place was shut down. Very disappointing- especially when you have to wait another 10 minutes for the next stop.

We come in there everyday to from our commute from JC to Topeka and the store has been fantastic until recent new employees. They hired about 4 new people all teenagers it seems and now every time we go on there it just seems like a flirting play store for the employees. The is one female working in particular she is a new girl on the young side and she is very Stuck up and rude completely ignores people if she doesn't want to do anything has a snotty attitude and always I mean always thinks me and my wife and 2 year old son are stealing or something ? Every time we check out she runs to the counter to make sure the cashier knows what we ordered while wispering saying rude things about us. We had already paid for out stuff the one day and where leaving and she started yelling in the middle of the store THEY DIDN'T PAY THEY DIDN'T PAY and the manager (jesse) had to correct her. It's just embarrassing and insulting for her to pass judgment on us because I believe the way we look (tattooed) when in fact we come in there daily. Needless to say the new staff is terrible and we will not being going in there again for awhile. Also I think if they spent a little less time gossiping and more time working then they would know that we have paid for out stuff lol. I mean come on we spend 30-50$ a day! In there. Sorry to vent but the new staff sucks!.

They have the best chocolate fudge ice cream in this world. It’s not always available though. This is the best ice cream store ever over all of the different ice cream stores out there. You can find anything there.

You don't stop here for the ice cream that's for sure... We normally stop in here if we need gas while along the I70 drive and the one time we stopped in the Baskin Robbins portion, it took the guy 10 minutes to see us waiting in line for ice cream! You can tell that ice cream has been sitting there unattended for a long time.. The staff are friendly though.

Very nice to find this Baskin Robbins inside a Valero Gas station. The girl was very nice. Nice variety of ice cream to choose from and reasonable prices.
