I work for doordash and came in to pick up an order. I patiently waited for over 10 minutes while both employees ignored me and helped everyone else in line. Eventhough my order was already ready all they had to do was hand it to me. Instead they purposely made me wait. Definitely bad customer service on there part, people like that shouldn't be working there.

He had order a Birthday Cake for our daughter... it was one of the best Ice cream cakes we have bought..there prices are high but we'll worth the purchase.. we also got a banna split.. I have not had one in years and it was a great classic.. the kids had waffle cones and loved them.. the staff was super friendly and the store was very clean and neat... we will be going back
Just left there and ordered a Royale and other items that total 21.00 only had one scoop of vanilla ice cream I ordered a chocolate and vanilla I went back to fix the order they didn't believe me so I had to buy another one need better customer service there no wonder the person in front of us at the drive-thru pulled out without ordering anything
The ice cream is good, I highly recommend trying the polar pizza - it's a hidden treasure that is absolutely delicious! Just wish they would employ people over the age of 18! Customer service is lacking at times.
This place is great, has a great selection of ice cream and a drive-thru, which is a major bonus especially during the heat. Their cakes were amazing looking and the store was very clean
You would miss this location if you blink but I highly recommend it. This Baskin Robbins looks like a warehouse it probably gets passed by a lot but if you get the chance I would highly recommend it. BR is known for its quality and the last two times we have been there through the drive thru, has been an awesome experience. The staff are excited to see us and the customer service is paramount. I'm a banana split connoisseur. It's been my favorite dessert since I was a kid. I've had Sonic, Dairy Queen White Spot and Astro Burger's Banana Splits and Baskin Robbins always delivers a supreme Banana Split. I look forward to going to Baskin Robbins when we are in Pueblo. There are 2 places that we have to visit when we are in Pueblo that's Baskin Robbins and Popeyes thank you for a wonderful experience every time we visit.

Tried to go last night for my daughter to get a milkshake after her game. They had none of the (at least) 6 flavors we chose as backup options, since they didn't have the first (-supposedly). Got there at least 30 min before close and the girl working the drive-thru must have forgotten to turn her microphone off, because I heard her asking how many cars were in the drive-thru, scoffing, and then saying "Jesus". Still proceeded after that to tell me they didn't have another flavor or two. Needless to say, we just left. I didn't see another car in the drive-thru (at least 5 of them) that entire time leave with anything either. Very poor customer service. Seems like they were in a hurry to close early and not be bothered doing their jobs. It has never been this bad, but has sadly gone downhill over time. I don't think we will be returning to this location. I never give poor reviews, but this was just ridiculous.
Stick to ice cream is what i have to say. Tried their drinks and smoothies and I rather save my 6 dollars for something bearable to drink then their artificial substitutes or whatever you call this…..
