Well went in to give it one last try. And again for the forth time, they're out of the flavors I wanted. One time that's whatever, two times someone doesn't know how to order, third and forth times it's gotten kind of old. I will most likely never give it a try again so that I don't waste my time trying to get what I want just to be told again and again that I can't have it. Employees were nice and apologetic. But seriously, come on Baskin.

Excited to take our girl out for ice cream! Out of vanilla ice cream for a shake & also out of her choice of bubble gum ice cream! Poor customer service. Neither an apology or maybe a coupon for a future visit. For a small community, like Firestone, a big disappointment!!

Go to DQ! They are so slow, you will wait up to 25 minutes in the drive through with 1-2 customers in the store and 3 or more people working. They definitely need some training on how to handle customer flow. The order is also almost always wrong ! Don’t bother.

This place never has pre packed icecream flavors we like. They put ic into pints but it takes about 30 minutes. You are better off going to DQ or King Soopers. These kids don't know what they're doing.

Just a fantastic environment, amazing ice cream, and a wonderful set of people behind the counter ready to help with any questions, comments, or concerns. Their cakes look and taste amazing too!

We typically stop after special events. Awards ceremonies, recitals, etc.
Even when it's crowded, the staff does a great job getting through everyone quickly.
Me and my girlfriend both got food poisoning last night from their rocky road ice cream. I will not be going there again unfortunately. They should keep the tools they use and the workers cleaner. We have also had experiences with hair in our ice cream at this location. I did enjoy Baskin Robbins but I've had to many bad experiences here.
Clean place with good service. They have the ice cream choices you'd expect from Baskin Robbins. The place has water at the front to quench your thirst. We have bought ice cream cakes and ice cream from them. Family night is tuesday nights from 5-10pm with $2 scoops. Go check it out!
Ordered the lemon sorbet and it was mixed with pineapple and coconut ice cream. Three cups with 2 scoops of ice cream cost $20 for just okay ice cream.
