not very great attitude but I mean as along as they make my food right and charge me the right amount and they always do damn good at making my food that’s why I come back continuously so they know how to make stuff for sure
So disappointed we just ordered a shake and a cappuccino blast and they’re the worst we had ever had , sorry to say but how can they called a shake that it’s just milk and a little bit of flavor of the ice cream at it , and a cappuccino blast that you are drinking like it was an ice coffee

First time at this location and it’ll be my last. Tried to order two shakes and a dipped cone at the drive thru, the woman working said “well it’s gonna take 15 minutes.” I asked which part of the order was causing the delay (because I wouldn’t be opposed to changing my order in order to speed things up). The cashier replied I. A super rude tone “no, the whole part is going to take 15 minutes, there’s a line of cars behind you and it’s just me working in here!” - I don’t know how the cars Behind me factored in or how I was supposed to know that she was working alone since this was all happening at the drive thru intercom. And then before I could reply, the woman said “so you gonna wait or not?”. I just left.
Usually when I come here it's fine. But my recent experience was not. I ordered a cake 4 days prior from pick-up and when we went to pick it up it "wasn't there". We had all the receipts for proof. We ended up getting a cake. But it still wasn't exactly what I wanted.
The freezers were broken and the ice cream was a melted puddle in the display case and they were still trying to sell it. Then when o asked if they had a flavor the worker just stared off into space and after a good 10 seconds said I don't know and walked away from us. My wife and I and my son left.
