I custom ordered a cake with specific directions. The directions were not followed at all. I called the store to notify them that the cake was not what I ordered. The lady on the phone was rude , cussed me out and kept saying I got what I ordered. I didn’t. I ordered a plain white cake with no designs, and my directions were not followed at all. Literally some of the rudest employees ever.
It's Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is great, but the girl who bagged my ice cream dropped a spoon on the floor then put it in my bag anyway. Right in front of me like every employee isn't walking their gross shoes all over that floor. After I told her I didn't need a spoon. Had to throw all the spoons away.
My daughter had to have a Baskin Robbins cake for her birthday and we stopped in and asked the young lady working to write Happy Birthday in purple frosting, and she did a fantastic job! The cake tasted delicious, and the employees are always so nice! We really appreciate them! 10+ Stars!
Came by to search for a last minute ice cream cake for a birthday. They had plenty already available and with just a little twick and we had ourselves a birthday cake.
We always buy by the quartz. Price is always been $6.99 for 1 quart or $10.99 for 2 quarts. These prices are all the same on all BR stores.
But then earlier we were just from your store, your 2 girl employees wanted to charge me $10.99 each!!
Went to Southern Highland location which is closer to my home anyway. They sell by the prices i mentioned.

A week ago I went i ordered a cake. Went in store 2 days later to make sure of the correct cake. They even put on order form. No cake just ice cream (fudge round) time of birthday which was yesterday I went to pick up cake and notice it didn’t seem right. Was assured by clerk it was all Ice cream. To my surprise cut into it last night and there was cake and some kind of brown frosting. Went to store this morning and was basically blown off. I paid 45 thinking I was getting what I ordered. Manager wasn’t around. I asked for corporate # they were clueless and gave me a phone # that was bogus!! Totally inexcusable!!! Will never go back again!!!

Worst customer service. Had 2 $2 gift card and employee told me I cannot use them in the same transaction after ordering 2 cones. Told her to separate the transaction and starting giving me an attitude. After scanning it she said my cards were invalid, so we left. Went to another Baskin Robbins and were able to use both gift cards in the same transaction.
Ordered a Birthday cake on Thursday to pick up on Friday - no special decorations, frosting, chocolate chip/chocolate cake with vanilla frosting.
Went in this afternoon to pick up said cake, and the "attendant" couldn't find the cake,"are you sure you ordered it", etc. He was the individual who took the order.
Found the order, then couldn't find the cake, no idea where it went etc.
Manager called later to see if she could do some kind of service recovery - told her that I was driving into the garage as I was talking to her - so far no further communications.
Guess moving forward will have to find a more reputable alternate vendor.
