Please retrain your employees especially the night crew. I was denied my daiquiri ice. I am not able to eat regular ice cream due to my Galactosemia and not all Baskin Robins have daiquiri ice. The customer is always right. You lost a customer. I guess my money isn’t good enough. Maybe the employee was too lazy?
If I could put zero, I would. Rupee, who took care of my daughter and I who were out for ice cream together, loudly expressed how much she hates making banana splits. We were sitting there eating one she had just made for us. She also kept making faces to the other gentleman there when we ordered hot fudge, which she said it was not working. Then we asked for chocolate syrup and she made another face to her co worker. She was rude and really made us uncomfortable. I will never step foot in this location. Ruined our mom and daughter ice cream date.
This place is DIRTY. I saw the employee who was making my drink, drop some ice on the floor and use her hand which just touched money pick the ice up and put it back in the drink. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you don't want to get sick, go somewhere else.
There's gigantic potholes in the drive up road behind the place. They have been there for months on end. If you go there be prepared for possible car damage. Service is good but those potholes are dangerous!
